A few parting shots taken just before Christmas as we hand over the keys to our new homeowners, Scott and Kathy Mathews, at their custom home in Devaun Park. Aside from being an Energy Star Certified home with a certified rating of 5 Star Plus (the highest Energy Star rating available), their home has also received a NAHB Green Certification, Silver Level. We've included a couple shots of the Energy Star testing underway which led to our receiving the 5 Star Plus rating.
