Happy Holiday Weekend Everyone. The summer officially begins. We hope you had an enjoyable week.

We want to welcome the Mathews family from Mathews, NC to the Whitney Blair Inc. extended family. This past week we cleared their lot in Devaun Park, a wonderful Traditional Neighborhood Design community in southeastern, Brunswick County (www.devaunpark.com). We will post pictures and updates as we begin making progress on the Mathews beautifully designed custom home.
Traffic remained strong this week throughout most of the communities we currently build in, Parkside at Mayfaire, Seagrove at Carolina Beach, Anchors Bend, Rutledge, CapeSide, and Landfall. Being that it is a beautiful holiday weekend, traffic should increase for Saturday and Sunday.
